WALDRON — Edinburgh advanced to the finals of the girls basketball Waldron Sectional with a 42-34 win against Knightstown in Friday’s semifinals.
The Lancers (13-9) led only 33-32 after three quarters before pulling away in the fourth.
Kenna Streeval led Edinburgh with 20 points. Elizabeth Hernandez and Elliot Smith each added eight.
The Lancers will play the Tri in the sectional final at 7 p.m. Saturday.
