Legal Advertising ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that the Bartholomew County Solid Waste Management District (BCSWMD) will receive sealed bids at the office of the Director, 720 South Mapleton Street, Columbus, Indiana 47201 until 4:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 for the purchase of: One 194 minimum net HP diesel powered hydrostatic drive crawler loader with multi-purpose (4 in one) bucket, enclosed ROPS cab with air pressurization and heater / defroster / air conditioner. Specifications are available at the office of the Directory, BCSWMD (812-376-2614.) Each bidder shall file with his bid a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the purchase price. A properly executed bid form shall accompany each bid. The BCSWMD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to accept the bid which is in its sole judgement is the most responsive, responsible bid. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of ninety (90) days after receipt of bids. No contract will be awarded to any bidder, who as determined bye the BSCWMD is not qualified to provide and/or maintain said equipment.
