Legal Advertisement NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Bartholomew County Commissioners will be receiving sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. EST on February 23, 2026 in The Commissioners’ Office at 440 Third Street, Columbus, Indiana to purchase the following items: One (1) 2026 or 2027 Tandem Truck with Snow Equipment. The information for Bidders, Bid Sheet Form and Specification on each bid item may be obtained from the Bartholomew County Highway during regular business hours. Bids are to submitted on forms prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts. Each bid item is to be marked to correspond with this legal notice and should be submitted separately. Each bid is to be accompanied by a surety bond of certified check in a sum equal to ten percent (10%) of the anticipated expenditure as set out in specifications for each item.
