Kevin Sullivan, 66 passed from this life at 6:39 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14th at the home of his brother, Terry.
Kevin was born April 20th, 1959 in Columbus, IN the son of Frank and Helen (Sanders) Sullivan. He built a long and dedicated career in hospitality management, serving as a Purchasing Manager at the Westin in Indianapolis before accepting a Purchasing Manager position at the Hilton in Indianapolis, IN where he later retired.
Kevin had a deep passion for remodeling and creative design. A gifted craftsman, he approached every project with precision and pride. He was a man who found joy in simple, honest things – the sound of a engine starting up, the feel of tools in his hands, and the freedom that came with a long ride on his Harley Davidson. Beyond his talents, Kevin will be remembered for his sense of humor and his ability to tell stories that could fill a room with laughter.
Kevin is survived by his brothers: (Frank) Chip Sullivan, Terry Sullivan, sister-in-law: Brenda Sullivan (Roger Clark), nieces: Nea Sullivan (Chad) , Kylie Schneider, Staci (Rob) Hufty, Leslie Prentice, Brooke (Patrick) Ahrens, great grandnieces: Ella, Grace, Adalyn, great grandnephews: Luke, Brady, Corbin, Colton.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, brother: Mike, a sister-in-law: Jane, a nephew: Kelcey.
Kevin’s legacy of craftmanship and laughter will be cherished by all that knew him.
In keeping with Kevin’s wishes he will be cremated and no service will be held. There will be a private family service at a later date.
