The area subject to the petition is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Deaver Road and 150 West, in Wayne Township. The public hearing on this annexation ordinance has been set for the Common Council meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, which begins at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located on the second floor of City Hall, 123 Washington Street, Columbus, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion at the hearing and/or file written comments concerning this matter with the City of Columbus – Bartholomew County Planning Department. This annexation petition and ordinance may be examined in the office of the Planning Department on the second floor of City Hall. The Columbus Common Council meeting is wheelchair accessible.
