Legal Advertisement Notice of adoption of Ordinance 2026-3 by the Edinburgh Town Council Notice is hereby given that on February 23, 2026, the Edinburgh Town Council adopted Ordinance 2026-3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2025-15 AND ANNEXING OF REAL ESTATE AT 7995 SOUTH U.S. 31 EDINBURGH, INDIANA PURSUANT TO INDIANA CODE 36-4-3-5.1 (JOHNSON COUNTY). The ordinance, pursuant to I.C. 36-4-3-5.1, extends the corporate boundaries of the Town of Edinburgh to include the following property located in Johnson County commonly known as 7995 South U.S. 31 Edinburgh, Indiana, legally described as follows: Lots numbered 35 and 41 of the Plat of Heckman Village, Recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 54, in the office of the recorder of Johnson County, Indiana, as recorded in documents numbered 2013-004477 and 2013-004479 in the Office of the Recorder of Johnson County, Indiana.
