Legal Advertisement NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Columbus and Bartholomew County Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer will hold a public hearing on the following petition(s): BZA-26-14: Kiersten Voils Conditional Use – A request by Kiersten &William Voils for conditional use approval to allow an accessory dwelling unit in the AP (Agriculture: Preferred) zoning district per Zoning Ordinance Section 6.1(D)(Table 6.1). The property is located at 765 South 650 East, in Clay Township. The hearing(s) will occur at the March 10, 2026 meeting, which begins at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 123 Washington Street, Columbus, Indiana.
