The Columbus Board of Public Works and Safety approved the release of a performance guarantee for the Windstar Woods Major Subdivision for sidewalk work.
Columbus released $13,894.91 in Windstar Woods Performance Guarantees for sidewalks on Lots 7, 18, 43, 59, 65, 74 and 75.
A release of performance concludes a company’s service to the public regarding a construction project after confirming that the project was done well, inspected thoroughly and within regulations.
According to city officials, Windstar Woods was found “in substantial compliance with approved plans and specifications” and suitable for release of performance.
