Legal Advertisement 2026-1 Paving Project EDINBURGH INDIANA LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Town of Edinburgh will receive sealed bids at the Edinburgh Town Hall, 107 South Holland Street, Edinburgh, IN 46124-0065 on or before 4:30 PM, Monday, April 13,2026 for the following services: milling; asphalt materials and installation; curb ramps. The bids will be opened and total costs read aloud on April 13, 2026, at 4:30pm in Town of Edinburgh Council Chambers. The bids will then be taken under advisement pending review of each bid submittal. Interested bidders may obtain copies of specifications by contacting Mary Patterson, Town of Edinburgh, 107 S. Digital copies will be available for free and hard copies will be available for a fee of one hundred dollars ($100) at the CrossRoad Engineers, P.C. main office. Bids shall be submitted on General form 96 as approved by the Indiana State Board of Accounts along with a bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, or a certified check payable to the Town of Edinburgh in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid shall be submitted with the bid.
