The proposed project is located along and adjacent to Spear Street within the Columbus Township, in Bartholomew County. Project area is bounded between Sink Drive and SR11/Jonesville Road along the extents of Spears Street. Run-off from the project site will discharge into existing roadside swales and unnamed tributaries to Opossum Creek.
