SUB-26-15: Troy &Dinah Staggs Minor Subdivision – A request by Troy Staggs to create 7 new lots out of an existing 2.9-acre tract. The subject property is located at 6161 North Taylor Street, in the Town of Hartsville. SUB-26-18: NorthPointe Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat – A request by Force Holdings LLC for preliminary plat approval to create 28 new lots measuring over +/- 86 acres. This project also includes 4 modifications. The subject property is located generally at the southwest corner of the intersection of US 31 and I-65, in German Township. The hearing(s) will occur at the April 8, 2026 meeting, which begins at 8:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 123 Washington Street, Columbus, Indiana.
