Letter: Unnecessary loss of trust has damaged city

From: Isaac Marr Wilkins

Columbus

I am deeply concerned about the way our current mayor has created a divisive and at times personally vindictive tone in Columbus politics during the past four years, leading to an almost complete turnover of qualified public servants during her term. This is unprecedented and utterly unnecessary, and the loss of knowledge, experience and mutual trust has already done real damage to our city.

I will be enthusiastically supporting Jim Lienhoop in this May’s primary as a thoughtful and considerate leader who can create the consensus-building and cooperation that have helped make Columbus a great community for so many years.
