Carl Thomas Van Antwerp, 74, of Seymour, died Friday, May 20, 2016, at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida.
Survivors include his wife of almost 39 years, Donna Wayman Van Antwerp; children, Glenn (Sharon) Sturgill of Orlando, Florida, Mike (Becky) Van Antwerp, David (Kim) Sturgill, Karen (Jeff) Sutton and Brian (Nicole) Sturgill, all of Seymour; brothers, Dave (Barb) Van Antwerp of Vallonia and Joe (Linda) Van Antwerp of Lawton, Oklahoma; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Cornerstone Community Church with Pastors Johnnie Spivey, Larry Robbins and Gary Dyer officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until service time on Friday. Burial with full military honors will be at Reddington Cemetery.
