Albert Lorenze Waltermire Jr., 49, of Scipio, died at 6:30 a.m. Saturday, December 10, 2016, at his residence.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara J. Carnes of North Vernon; step-mother, Minnie Waltermire of Scipio; brothers, Lloyd (Norma) Hockersmith and Alan Hulse both of North Vernon and Harold (Vicki) Hartwell of Holton; sisters, Lyndee (Terry) Phipps of Marion, Tressa Tillett of Scipio, Sharleen (Dave) Wells of New Albany, Frances (Jack) Sandlin of Versailles, Marilyn Brooks of North Vernon and Sandra (Keith) Conrad of Elizabethtown.
He was preceded in death by his father, Albert L. Waltermire Sr.
A funeral service for Mr. Waltermire will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Scipio Cemetery in Scipio.
