Columbus native Mike Pence took some furry friends with him to the nation’s capital on Monday.
Cats Pickle and Oreo were part of the entourage and so was a bunny — Marlon Bundo. Social media hopped all over it with some even setting up Twitter accounts for Marlon. Pickle and Oreo got some social media love too.
Here’s a sampling:

Just learned Mike Pence has a pet rabbit named Marlon Bundo and now don't see how I'm going to get any work done this afternoon.

Better names than "Marlon Bundo" for Pence's pet rabbit:
Hare-y Cooper
CCH Thumper
Jackrabbit Nicholson

OK… I've been a Pence skeptic, but the fact that he has a rabbit called Marlon Bundo has softened me. https://t.co/OzXvQo87Dy
