John C. Carmichael, 68, of Columbus, died at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital.
Surviving is his wife, Sandy Carmichael.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at Westside Community Church with Dennis W. Aud officiating. Family and friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the church. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions be made to the Bull Dog Alumni Association, John Carmichael Endowment through the funeral home or mailed directly to John Carmichael Endowment, 1400 25th St., Columbus, Indiana 47201 or to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
