BUTLERVILLE
David Michael Waggoner Jr., 44, of Butlerville, died at 10:18 am Monday, September 25, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
Mr. Waggoner was employed at Dorel Juvenile Group in Columbus.
David was born, April 22, 1973 in Columbus. He was the son of David Michael Waggoner Sr. and Anita Lucas.
He married, Tina M. Schumaker on December 25, 2009.
Survivors include his wife of Butlerville; his father and stepmother, David Michael (Tara) Waggoner Sr. of Elizabethtown, his mother, Anita Monroe of Columbus; children, Trevor David and Trenton Joe Waggoner, both of Columbus; stepdaughter, Lily Katherine Schumaker of Acton, stepson, Curtis James (Jessica) Eldridge of Greensburg; sisters, Michelle Wade and Tanya Moyers, brothers, Brian Waggoner and Randy Hill; sisters-in-law, Rhonda Slight and Deana Rogers; aunts and uncles, Annette Kimberline, Betty Smith, Sharon Ogle, Timothy Waggoner, Lonnie Waggoner and Keith Waggoner; and several cousins.
The funeral will be conducted at noon today, Thursday, Sept. 28, at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Bishop Jesse Shoaf officiating. Family and friends may 11 a.m. to time of service today at the funeral home. Burial will be at Donaldson Cemetery.
