SEYMOUR
Mr. Gary Ross Reedy, 70, of Seymour, passed away on November 1, 2017. He was born on April 25, 1947, to the late Harold and Neva (Berry) Reedy. He was an Air Force veteran and a member of the VFW. He was the owner of Berry’s Furniture in Seymour. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. He was married to Margaret Diana Reedy.
He is survived by his mother, Neva Reedy; children, Sherri (Ben) Campbell, Chad (Kristian) Reedy and Carrie (Jon) O’Sullivan; grandchildren, Jonah Campbell, Brett and Olivia Reedy, and Logan O’Sullivan; several step children and step-grandchildren; brothers, Jim (Kathy) Reedy and Micky (Sharon) Reedy; sisters, Sue (Richard) Blocker and Trish (Steven) Plummer; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Harold Reedy; and grandparents, Ray & Carrie Berry and Bruce & Mamie Reedy.
Funeral services will be at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Tuesday, November 7, at 11 am with Revs. Andrew Currao and Joseph Barlau officiating. Burial will follow at Acme Cemetery with full military graveside rites conducted by VFW Post 1925, American Legion Post 89, Disabled Veterans 47, Korean and Vietnam Veterans, all of Seymour.
