Donald F. Tolbert, 87, of North Vernon, passed January 29, 2018, at his residence.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. on February 3, 2018, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral Home. Visitation will be from noon until service time on Saturday.
