Section of Carr Hill Road to be closed for 4 hours today

COLUMBUS, Ind. — Carr Hill Road between Morgan Willow Trace and Terrace Lake Road will be closed from 9 a.m.  to 1 p.m. today for replacement of a utility pole, the Bartholomew County Highway Department said.
