Bess Phillips, 93, passed on March 23, 2018, at Schneck Medical Center.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. on Tuesday and from noon until service time Wednesday.
