COLUMBUS
Marjorie A. Lee, 72, of Blessing Road, died at 12:06 a.m. April 17, 2018, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Marjorie was born July 4, 1945, in Columbus, the daughter of Grover Lucas and Opal Pike.
She married Delbert Lee in September of 1963.
She was a member of Columbus General Baptist Church.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2018, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Fields officiating. Calling will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service Friday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Survivors include her husband, Delbert; son, Ronald Dean Lee of Seymour; brother, David (Mona) Gates of Bedford, sisters, Pattie (Randy) Skeen of Seymour, Jolene Dalton of Ohio and Suzi Strickland of Florida; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, James Delbert “J.D.” Lee; brothers, Steven Wright, Johnny Wright and Jim Wright, and a sister, Rhonda Christman.
