Which elementary and middle school did you attend?

Rockcreek Elementary School and Northside Middle School.

What’s your favorite class or part of the school day and why?

My favorite part of my day is when I go to show choir. The people, the singing and dancing gives me a great break in my day.

In which extracurricular activities do you participate?

I am involved with Key Club, Fellowship of Christian Students, National Honor Society, FCCLA, drama, show choir, jazz band, student assembly, newspaper and Big Brothers and Big Sisters.

When you’re not in school, what’s your favorite place to be and why?

My favorite place to be is at home because I am surrounded by my family.

What has been your greatest high school memory so far and why?

My greatest high school memory was performing in the last year’s musical. It was the first time I ever had a lead role and I remember feeling a sense of accomplishment after performing.

What are you looking forward to after graduation?

I am looking forward to pursuing a degree in political science at BYU Hawaii.

Who in your life has inspired you or whom do you look up to and why?

My fifth grade teacher, Barbara Parker, inspired me to be connected to my world. She introduced me to media and politics.

What is the most important thing you’ve learned during, or from, high school?

I learned not to stress the little things. Let opposition motivate you and not drag you down.
