The Mayor’s Arts Awards went to Bill and Beth Poor, who received the Community Arts Award in recognition of their contributions to the growth, development and enjoyment of the arts in the community, and Emily Holmes of Columbus East High School, who received the Student Arts Award given annually to a high school senior who showed outstanding potential or commitment to artistic endeavors.
