Russell Bell, 92, passed June 27, 2018.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre, with visitation an hour prior. Additional visitation will be Saturday, 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
