• the city council for voting to move the county garage away from State Street, which may allow for the area to entice a new quality restaurant and a much needed full-line grocery store.

• the good woman who picks up trash on the roads around Schaefer Lake to make our environments nice and neat.

• the wonderful man at the recycling center who helped me pick up my recycling when my bucket tipped over and spilled on the ground Saturday.

• Rosanne Gordon for the wonderful yearly pie tradition at the Farm Bureau Building during the fair, from one of your pie fans.

• those who support President Trump working hard to clean up the abuse and destruction of our refugee and asylum help that we offer to foreign people.

• the people who stopped to help when my mower turned over on me, helping me get it off my foot and set it back up so that I could finish mowing the yard.
