COLUMBUS, Ind. — An Elizabethtown man is in jail on preliminary charges of rape and battery after Bartholomew County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call about such an incident.
Teddy Albert Allman, 46, 10202 E. Legal Tender Road, was arrested Monday morning on preliminary charges of:
- Rape – armed with a deadly weapon
- Domestic battery – serious injury
- Intimidation with a deadly weapon
- Criminal confinement – armed with a deadly weapon
- Invasion of privacy
