A manufacturing expo targeting seventh- to ninth-grade students featuring local companies will be held at Faurecia.
The expo will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Oct. 22 at 950 W. County Road 450S and will include business representatives Faurecia, Cummins Inc., Dorel Juvenile Group, LHP Engineering Solutions and Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing.
Robotics demonstrations, tours, giveaways, information booths and other activities are planned, which is meant to increase awareness and interest in manufacturing technical careers.
