COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus Police Department officers arrested a local man on a Bartholomew County narcotics-dealing warrant after observing him driving a vehicle on Monday evening.
At about 10:20 p.m., CPD officers observed Joshua R. Jeffares, 34, of Columbus, inside a vehicle that pulled up to a residence in the 6600 block of East County Road 120S.
Jeffares was arrested without incident.
