A fundraising dinner for Zoo’opolis Exotic Petting World will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at American Legion Post No. 24 at 2515 25th St. in Columbus. Adults meals priced at $8 will consist of fish or tenderloin, potato salad, baked beans and cole slaw. There also will be children’s meals available for $5.
Animals such as timber wolf, ferrets, a skunk and others will be on site for meeting and petting from 5 to 7 p.m.
Zoo’opolis offers visitors an up-close, hands-on experience with its wide variety of animals at its rural facility at 12696 W. County Road 50S in Columbus.
