The Bartholomew County Health Department will offer screening, by appointment only, for A1C (blood sugar) and cholesterol as well as hemoglobin on Tuesday.
Testing will be done at the health department, 2675 Foxpointe Drive, Suite B.
Cost for the cholesterol and blood sugar screening is $25. The cost of the cholesterol test alone is $15 and the cost for the A1C test alone is $12. Cost of the hemoglobin testing alone is $2.
Cash, debit card or credit card will be accepted as payment.
Participants must fast 12 hours prior to the cholesterol screening.
