The presence of insects, rodents and other pests shall be controlled. Rodent droppings found in cabinets under the microwave oven. Many fruit flies were found in and around the drink station, in the cabinet under the drink station and in the display area. Professional pest control must be sought immediately and receipts for treatment provided to this department by Nov. 1. Toxic and poisonous materials, such as cleaners and sanitizers, must be stored in a manner that prevents contamination of food, single-service items and clean linens. A bottle of cleaning agent was stored next to single-service items.
