Letter: Measles outbreak being overblown

Lately we’ve been scared by media hype about a measles outbreak. Measles is a childhood disease that can have a short lifespan, also known as three-day measles, or the long-term, 10-day to two-week kind, known as "old fashioned."

The publis is being prodded by the news media at the behest of big pharma to get shots. Why? Money, of course.

Please understand that once you get measles and recover, it’s lifetime immunity the natural way, without chemical intervention.

What about outbreaks? Outbreaks happen because as a society the American people’s immune systems are shot — too much stress, poor diet, environmental toxins, GMO foods, fluoridated water, etc. People need to start accepting responsibility for their own health. Doctors cannot do it all.

All of the above mentioned can be overcome simply by taking the time doing your own due diligence and some simple lifestyle changes.

What about genetics? Genetics loads the gun, lifestyle pulls the trigger.
