Logan J. Mann, 29, of 3623 W. Suburban Court, Columbus, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, 5:31 p.m., by the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, released on $10,000 bond.

Jeffery L. Watts, 41, of 3658 Nicholas Lane, Columbus, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, 10:06 p.m., by the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, held in lieu of $60,000 bond.
