• South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg, because it’s nice to listen to an adult.
• Mr. and Mrs. Dave Pardieck and Adam Pardieck for all their help, from a good friend.
• the fabulous staff at Guardian K-9 for always going above and beyond and helping my dog out so much.
• the staff of St. Bartholomew Catholic School for being designated a four-star school by the Indiana Department of Education.
• my neighbor, Jane Seifert, for the thoughtful get well card enclosed in the Easter basket filled with treats, from Betty.
• the free Methodist women’s group for their awesome lunch on Monday.

• the candidate for his flyer that completely misrepresents what his opponent has done the last three years.
• the former elected official for trying to continue to divide this community and waste taxpayer dollars with untruthful statements at city council meetings, in letters to the editor and in submitted Onions and Orchids.
• those for the $10 million project that is once again under water.
• the city official who thinks he needs to do a better job telling us what he wants to do instead of listening to us to do what we want him to do.
• the operators of a shooting range that needs to be sound-proofed.
• the city administration that would allow such a parade in Columbus the last two years.
• the car wash that damages vehicles and takes no responsibility.
• the high service fee charged to purchase U.S. stamps.
