I am writing a letter in support of the re-election of Mayor Jim Lienhoop. It is important for our community to select him to continue leading during the next four years. He has shown outstanding leadership and a willingness to partner with others that is moving Columbus forward.
For example, Jim Lienhoop has brought together key partners to undertake a railroad overpass that will address train issues. He has joined with the county and Columbus Regional Health to tackle substance abuse issues. He’s been tireless in working to promote job growth. Public safety has also been a top priority for Mayor Lienhoop.
I have had the opportunity to work with the mayor and to see how accessible and effective he is in meeting with individuals and community groups. An added bonus is that his wife, Pam, is a non-stop advocate for our city and spends countless hours supporting various community events and causes.
Jim Lienhoop gets my vote on May 7, and I encourage all registered voters to support him. His leadership is working, and Columbus needs four more years of his leadership.
