Calvin and Thelma Holcomb of Westport are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary.
Mr. Holcomb and his wife, the former Thelma Hull, were married June 5, 1949 at Union Flat Rock Baptist Church in Ripley County.
Friends and family are invited to an open house given by their children from 2 to 5 p.m. June 8 at the Westport Outreach Center across from the Baptist Church in Westport. No gifts please.
They are both retired.

They have three children, Kent (Debbie) Holcomb, Russ (Sharon) Holcomb and Gail (Mark) Koors; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
