Support appreciated
Music education has benefits for students, such as the exploration of one’s creative side, building self esteem and stimulating brain activity.
The Columbus Indiana Philharmonic has provided such opportunities to local students through its youth music education program, which is appreciated. So, too, is the decision of NTN Driveshaft Inc. to provide financial support for the program.
NTN is funding the program that starts as a free violin program Sept. 16 at Foundation For Youth, 405 Hope Ave. The orchestra offers before-school and after-school strings classes in every BCSC elementary school.

New doors of opportunity open for students through this program, and NTN’s support of it ensures they’ll stay open.
