12:20 P.M. update: REMC is reporting power has been restored. The problem was a bird in the Elizabethtown substation.

Bartholomew County REMC has shut off the Elizabethtown substation due to low voltage. Crews are investigating suspected issues in the substation.
The outage affects REMC members east of U.S. 31 from Azalia to Hartsville and Geneva Township in Jennings County, according to Marty Lasure, REMC spokesperson.
