Southwestern Bartholomew Water has issued a boil water advisory for Brown County customers and some customers in Bartholomew County.
Due to a water main break in Brown County, customers in the Bethany area, Georgetown Road and Baker Hollow Road, along with Brown County customers, are under the advisory.
The advisory is in effect until 4 p.m. Tuesday.
As a precaution, customers should bring water to a full boil for five minutes before consumption or use in cooking and food preparation.
