Cougars sweep Hornets for third consecutive win
GREENSBURG — South Decatur is entering the postseason on a hot streak.
The Cougars wrapped up the regular season Monday night with a 25-13, 25-19, 25-10 win against Medora. South Decatur (6-22) now has won three in a row and four of five following a 2-21 start.
Lana Bell led the Cougars with 14 kills, four blocks and four digs, while Brook Somers had four digs and four aces. Ali Jameson recorded 13 assists.
Also for South Decatur, Somers pounded eight kills and three blocks, and Savannah Bushhorn tallied six kills and two aces. Whitnye Burton notched 12 assists. Lily Rigby contributed three digs and two aces and Kalie Fry added three digs.
