Kayla Lynn Townsend, 30, of Columbus, passed from this life at 12:05 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2020 in Columbus.
Kayla was born November 1, 1989, in Columbus, the daughter of Robert Lark and Kimberly Townsend.
Ms. Townsend was employed at Texas Roadhouse in Columbus.
Survivors include her mother; Kimberly Townsend of Columbus; father, Robert Lark of Greensburg; daughter, Aubrielle Henderson of Columbus; brothers, Josh Olmstead of Hope and William Landrem of Columbus; sisters, Ashley Spachtholz of Columbus, Lacie Townsend of Columbus, Kirstin Landrem of Columbus, Stephanie Lark of Hope, Brittney Landrem of Columbus, and Katrena Olmstead of Franklin; grandmother, Sammye Lark; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Chris Bell officiating.
Family and friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to time of service Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Daugherty Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Aubrielle Henderson education fund.
