COLUMBUS
Paul M. Sprague, 86, of Columbus, passed away at 12:13 p.m. Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at Brown County Health & Living Community. Paul was born in Columbus on November 12, 1933, to Thalmud Bruce Sprague and Lela Sprague. He married Nora Ruth White in November 29, 1951.
Paul was retired from Cummins Engine Company and he loved to restore cars.
Per Paul’s request cremation is planned and there will be no services. Inurnment will be held at Garland Brook Cemetery at a later date.
Survivors include his son, Bruce (Lori) Sprague of Columbus; daughter, Victoria (David) Wampler; grandchildren, Matthew (Taylor) Sprague, Jeremy Sprague, Nicole (Wes) Fudge, Brandon Kessler and Cassie Kessler; and 13 great grandchildren.
Paul was preceded in death by his father, Thalmud Bruce Sprague; mother, Lela Jones; wife, Nora Ruth Sprague and a son, Rodney Wayne Sprague.
Arrangements were entrusted to Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home.
