Columbus police arrested a local woman during a traffic stop early Thursday after they found narcotics and drug paraphernalia inside her vehicle.
Officers stopped a vehicle without working taillights near 17th Street and Central Avenue, said Lt. Matt Harris, Columbus Police Department spokesman. The officers spoke to the driver identified as Shelby E. Mitchner, 49, of 1236 Sycamore St., Apt. 1, Harris said.

She was being held in the Bartholomew County Jail in lieu of $117,500 bond, jail officials said.
