HOPE — The Hope FFA Chapter celebrated National FFA Week with a variety of activities, including spending time with Hope Elementary School students and reading agriculture-related books to them.
The week began on Feb. 22 with a mock leadership development contest, followed by a benefit dinner for Sarah Taylor, a Hope FFA freshman who is battling cancer.
On Feb. 24, the chapter wore camouflage to school and had a 3 on 3 basketball tournament during lunch.

On Feb. 25, chapter members went out into the community to local businesses to express appreciation for donations and support the chapter received so far this year.
The chapter also had the Annual Hope and Columbus FFA Broken Bucket Basketball game on Feb. 26, with a benefit for Taylor.
The chapter finished the week with the Hope FFA annual pancake breakfast in the Hauser High School auditorium.
