• candidates running to serve the county for not addressing the lack of reliable, high-speed internet.
• the people who keep slamming others for not wearing masks, it isn’t mandatory, some of us choose not to, and if you are that scared that you even wear one alone in your car, stay home.
• the letter writer apparently clueless that anyone who voted for the current president in 2016 is smarter than those who voted for his opponent and continue to support their party of hate.
• the inappropriately-timed effort to launch a new space expedition while millions have suffered three months without a paycheck which is where that money should be directed.
• the political party who would sacrifice our country, our economy and our way of life for the purpose of winning an election.
• the political party that’s considering a back-to-work bonus but yet no money for the people who have risked their health as well as their family’s health to work during this emergency.
• people with the rainbow peace sign flag for showing they really don’t know which way is up.
• people not respecting my choice not to wear a mask, but I have to respect their lifestyle choices.
• the small restaurant with employees preparing tenderloins sandwiches and other food items while not wearing masks.
• people who are slow to catch on that wearing masks has always been recommended, not written into law.
• the former city official who keeps dragging Columbus through vindictive, unnecessary legal actions.
• those don’t realize if you can feel your breath when you exhale while wearing a mask then you aren’t protecting anyone.
• the school official for not wearing a mask during graduation photos.
• everyone who is mask shaming — it is just another form of bullying, we have been trying to get our kids to quit doing this for years.
• those who have many political yard signs and large political signs indicating bigger egos and less financial stability.
• the fast food workers who wear their masks around their necks or have no mask.
• anyone who thinks they know how much of the revenue from the school tax referendum will actually go to the teachers’ salary.
• the person who puts her name in the paper in the birthday greetings every day for months on end.
• the school system for not publishing the salary rates of teachers and support staff and how it is to be distributed so voters can make an informed decision.
• the federal elected official who was trying to ignore and distract from the tally of more than 100,000 COVID-19 deaths in the United States.
• the federal administration not releasing formal economic projections this summer that would forecast the extent of the downturn.
• those who don’t realize that this virus is so microscopic that it passes right through whatever face covering they’re wearing.
• the federal elected official for trying to stop mail-in ballots because of a need now due to COVID-19 and lack of poll workers.
