Grease droplets are forming along the edges of the exhaust hood. 3) The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled. A cockroach was observed crawling on the wall in the food preparation area. Professional pest control must be sought immediately and copies of receipts for treatment provided to the department by March 21.
