The court battle between Bartholomew County Taxpayers Watch Group and Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. officials over the $35.3 million school expansion plan ended when the Indiana Tax Court ordered the watch group to post a $4.33 million bond to cover damages and expenses from construction delays caused by the suit if BCSC prevailed.
