These bags are not food grade. 2) Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at proper temperatures. This includes hot foods at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above and cold foods at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Potentially hazardous foods stored in the walk-in cooler were measured at 46.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Until such time as the walk-in cooler can maintain foods at proper temperatures, it cannot be used. Foods must be transferred to other coolers. 3) Potentially hazardous foods prepared and held refrigerated for more than 24 hours must be clearly labeled with the date the product is to be consumed or discarded. Potentially hazardous foods stored in the under container reach-in cooler are not date labeled.
