State COVID-19 testing site to move to FairOaks Mall

COLUMBUS, Ind. — Indiana’s state testing program site for COVID-19 will move Monday from the northside Columbus armory on the Columbus AirPark property to the FairOaks Mall property.

The testing will be done in the space formerly used by the J.C. Penney store. OPTUM/Logistics Health Inc., the state contractor, plans to use the site at least through the end of September.

The city of Columbus and Columbus Regional Hospital own FairOaks.
